Hello Brother film has become a cult comedy film in Telugu Cinema as it reinvented the multiple heroes genre with its comedy. The writing in the film is highly inspired from Chinese action comedy of Jackie Chan but EVV Satyanarayana got the Telugu masala in right proportions for the film. Nagarjuna who was not known for his comic timing as much as today in early 90’s tried to reinvent himself with Varasudu, Allari Alludu and Hello Brother. Interestingly, each one became bigger hit than the other film.
Varasudu got youth flocking to the theatres while Allari Alludu made mass and family fall in love with the comedy in the film. Hello Brother topped it all by getting attention from youth, mass and family audiences alike. The film broke records at various areas and it became a cult comedy now. The movie has a fresh quality that people can enjoy it even today without any regrets. Dialogues from this movie have become a part of pop culture too.
