Mega Star Chiranjeevi has teamed up with super successful director Koratala Siva for the movie Acharya. The film has completed a near to 35 percent shooting before the lockdown but since the last seven months, nothing has happened. A couple of months before, Acharya was stranded in a plagiarism controversy. A writer has alleged that the director has copied his idea and is making Acharya.
However, Koratala Siva has replied with strong intent that he is going to take the legal route against the writer and now the issue is finally cooled down. Now, the latest speculations regarding the movie are that the director has made changes to the second half of the script. However, there is no clarity regarding the authentication of the update.
Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead role in the movie and Mani Sharma is the music composer. Matinee Entertainments is the production house funding the project.
