Harsha Sai case victim’s lawyer Nagur Babu producer Balachandra Press Conference

Lawyer Nagur Babu and producer Balachandra, on behalf of the victim, organized a media conference to explain the allegations against YouTuber Harsha Sai and informed the details of the cases filed against some people who are supporting Harsha Sai.

Lawyer Nagur Babu Garu said: So far the FIR report related to this case has not been shown anywhere. No one knows on which case the FIR was filed. There is no truth in the campaigns coming on two crores allegations. Harsha Sai has fled away from the country. We got information that some of the YouTube channels who are supporting him, are manipulating the case by using Instagram pages. Audio files are being released with fabricated recorded voice of the victim making charges that are not above. But some media channels are entertaining them without knowing the facts and are troubling the victim. We approached the High Court on this matter. But actually the media was very supportive and exposed the frauds he was doing through betting apps. We have obtained an interim order from the court to delete the fabricated audio files from whoever is telecasting them. Similarly, without knowing what is the complaint filed in the FIR, some people are making arguments and causing emotional pain to the victim with fabricated audio files. A case has been filed in the court against the social media YouTube channels doing that. A case has been registered against some influencers Dasari Vigyan, Shekhar Bhasha, Karate Kalyani, Mahidhar Vibes who are troubling the victim without knowing the truth. We have registered cases under Section 356 Deformation and 72 of BNS. He said that we are taking appropriate steps from the court not to take the victim’s name anywhere until the truth is established.

Producer Balachandra said: The victim came forward very bravely and filed a case. After that we also see how much emotional pain is being caused with fabricated audio files. Harsha Sai has been causing trouble since the second day of filing the case. We approached the court for that and got a favorable verdict. This news should be shared with the media, similarly the court has passed an order that no one should show the fabricated audio files without knowing the truth.
