Director Harish Shankar attended the grand pre-release event of Vijay Devarakonda’s Ranabaali in Hyderabad last night.
Speaking at the event he addressed online trolling and supported Vijay, who often faces huge criticism on social media. Harish described himself as one of the most trolled directors in recent times.
He said people could mock Vijay’s language and body language but they could never question his hard work and dedication.
Harish recalled facing trolling after Shock and said fear of criticism would have stopped him from continuing his career.
He praised Vijay’s positive attitude. Harish’s latest film, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, received negative responses and he is yet to announce his next project.
