Teja Sajja and Prasanth Varma‘s movie, Hanu-Man, recently completed a successful 50-day run in 150 theaters, marking a significant milestone in its journey. To celebrate this achievement, the team organized special events where they presented Hanuman shields to the crew and buyers.
Prasanth Varma emphasized the importance of such celebrations, noting that they not only acknowledge the hard work of everyone involved but also inspire others in the industry. Reflecting on his past experience with the movie Awe, he admitted to not celebrating its success, which inadvertently sent the wrong message about its performance.
With Hanu-Man, the team has crafted a cinematic universe and put in ten times the effort to deliver quality content in a short span. They are even gearing up for an international release, having garnered positive feedback from distributors in Spain, Japan, and China. Moreover, plans are underway to showcase the film at various film festivals, promoting Telugu cinema’s excellence on a global scale.
Looking ahead, the team teased about their next project, Jai Hanuman, promising even grander visuals and storytelling. Teja Sajja and producer Niranjan Reddy expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to Hanu-Man’s success, including the audience whose support has been invaluable throughout the journey.
