Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently busy with the shooting of his upcoming film Sarkaru Vaari Paata, directed by Parasuram, of Geetha Govindam fame. Keerthy Suresh is the leading lady of the film, and the first schedule of the film was wrapped up before the second wave of coronavirus. After wrapping up SVP, Mahesh is expected to start shooting for Trivikram’s film, after which he will join Rajamouli’s film.
There are several speculations around Trivikram and Mahesh’s film, and there are good expectations on the film as well, as it marks the third combination between Trivikram and Mahesh after Athadu and Khaleja, both of which are fan favourites. Recently it was said that Trisha is being considered to play an important role, mostly one of the female leads, in the film.
According to the latest reports, it is being said that Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is being considered to play the lead antagonist in the film. Trivikram is said to have narrated the script to Sanjay Dutt already, and the actor is said to have loved his part in the film. It is being said that Sanjay’s role in the film is going to be that of a very powerful villain. If this turns out to be true, then this will be the second film in South for Sanjay Dutt, after KGF: Chapter 2, which is yet to release.
