Gouri Kishan’s Strong Response To YouTuber’s Apology

The film Others, directed by Abin Hariharan and starring Adithya Madhavan and Gouri G Kishan (known for 96) released recently and received a good response.

However controversy broke out during a press conference on October 30 when a YouTuber asked Gouri a disrespectful question about her weight, saying, “You lifted the actress in the song, how much does she weigh?”

Gouri later responded in an interview, calling it a “stupid and invalid question”. Despite her reaction, the same YouTuber repeated the question at another event, to which Gouri calmly replied, “Asking about my weight is a mockery. I only objected to the question”.

Her composed response earned wide praise from fans, actors and even the Nadigar Sangam. The YouTuber, R.S. Karthik, later apologized, saying his words were misunderstood.

However, Gouri rejected his apology on Twitter writing, “An apology without accountability isn’t an apology.
