Gopichand, known as the “Macho Star”, has been facing a tough time in his career with consecutive failures. He took a break and came back with Bhimaa, a commercial action drama with a fantasy twist. The movie did decently well in its opening weekend and even outperformed Gaami in its second weekend.
However, overall the film Bhimaa was an average performer at the box office. While it wasn’t to complete failure, it wasn’t a big huge success either. Despite this, Bhimaa deserves a second chance, especially on streaming platforms like Disney+ Hotstar, where it’s set to premiere on April 25, 2024.
Recently makers officially announced this. The bhimaa film features Priya Bhavani Shankar and Malavika Sharma as the female leads and has music by Ravi Basur. On a other side note, Gopichand and director Sreenu Vaitla are working on a new project, Vishwam, which is currently being shot in the Himalayas.
The film is produced by People Media Factory and Chitralayam Studios. This collaboration between Gopichand and Sreenu Vaitla has generated a lot of interest, and fans are eagerly waiting to see what they come up with next.
