The makers of Allu Arjun and director Sukumar’s upcoming pan-India film, Pushpa- The Rise have announced that the film will have its theatrical release on December 17th. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, the film has Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil in the key role as a cop.
As per the reports, the film’s shooting is in the final stage. Currently, the team is canning a few important scenes featuring Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil. Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that noted Bollywood glamorous actress Nora Fatehi has been approached for an item number in Pushpa. It is well-known that Nora Fatehi was seen in a special song in Baahubali- Part 1 and it will be an added advantage for Pushpa if she does the item song in the movie.
Director Sukumar has split Pushpa into two parts. While the first part is slated to hit the screens on December 17th, the second part will wrap up its entire shooting formalities sometime in 2022 and have a theatrical release in the same year. Mythri Movie Makers banner in association with Muttamsetty Media is producing the Pushpa series. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer for this rustic entertainer set in Seshachalam forest backdrop.
