Anushka Shetty is making a strong comeback with Ghaati directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. Originally planned for release in April 2025, the film will now hit theatres on July 11th 2025.

In this gritty drama, Anushka plays a bold and rustic role, a woman who starts as a weed trader and rises through the crime world to become a strong and fearless figure.
This character marks a major shift from her earlier roles, promising something fresh and impactful. Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu plays a key role in the story.
The film is jointly produced by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments. The music is composed by Vidya Sagar, whose background score is expected to add depth to this intense crime drama.
