Geetha Govindam has become a trending topic from past one week and the movie in 5 days grossed 50 Crores and at success event even Megastar Chiranjeevi couldn’t resist himself from praising the team and even imitated Vijay Devarakonda at the success event on Sunday. The movie at the box office in 5 days collected a gross of 50 crores with a share of Rs. 34 crores, reportedly. The movie is made on a moderate budget of Rs. 12 crores and valued at Rs.15 crores, prior to release. Now, even before the first week is over it made double the investment and trade is thinking it could touch Rs. 100 crores with a share close to Rs. 65-70 crores, Worldwide. The movie entered 1.5 Million Dollar club and it is sure to end up more than 2 Million Dollars and from Australia, it made A$202,345 from five days and it is the fourth highest after Bharat Ane Nenu, Agnyathavasi, Rangasthalam. It made Rs. 3.65 crores from Tamil Nadu, confirming that Vijay, indeed found acceptance in Tamil heartland too.
