Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni has been a big talking point among the industry and common audience alike. The interest in the film gradually as been on the higher side with each poster release and teaser release has taken the craze to next level totally. The business of the film was over with a huge hype than when the film started.Now the team of GSPK are highly happy with the things and they are on time for the release during Sankranthi. The team are waiting for the output from the various graphics companies and an initial cut has been readied for few team members to see. The final Cut along with all the graphics plates attached will be readied by December 20th.
The theatrical trailer of the film will be released on 1st December and once the final Cut is ready with the promised runtime of 2 hrs 20 minutes, Director Krrish and his team will announce the audio launch date. The audio launch will be a big event with live streaming in several theatres and the function could be held in Tirupathi, Vishakhapatanam or Vijayawada. The team will decide according to the availability of the ground and are planning it to be a big grand event by inviting film directors of previous films of Balakrishna.
The theatrical rights of the film for various areas have been sold to a record breaking price of 65 crores, highest in Balakrishna movies. The audio rights are bought by Lahari music for an undisclosed amount. Krrish Jagarlamudi is directing the film and Ravinder Reddy is producing the movie. Chirantan Bhatt is giving music for the film. Shriya is playing the role of Satakarni wife Vashishiti Devi and yesteryear dream girl, Hema Malini is playing the role of Gautami devi the mother of Satakarni in the film.
