It is been reported that Naga Chaitanya is all set to do a key role in father Nagarjuna’s much-awaited project, Bangarraju. The film is a prequel to Nag’s 2016 blockbuster family drama, Soggade Chinni Nayana and is expected to go on the floors soon after the Covid situation normalises.
Now, the latest buzz circulating among media circles is that young starlet Priyanka Mohan’s name is under consideration for the female lead role opposite Chay in Bangarraju. If the news turns into reality eventually, this comes as a major opportunity for Priyanka, who is yet to taste proper success in her career.
Already reports have been floating around that the film is going to focus more on the romantic side of Nag’s character in his young days. Ramya Krishna will be playing a key role in this Kalyan Krishna directorial. Including Anup Rubens, all the principal crew members, who worked for SCN will be doing the same for Bangarraju also.
