There were many rumors that composer and actor G.V. Prakash was dating actress Divya Bharathi but he has denied them.
While promoting his upcoming movie Kingston, Prakash addressed the rumors in an interview. He said “People say I am dating Divya Bharathi, but that’s not true. I have only met her on film sets, not outside. She is just a good friend”.
In Kingston, Prakash and Divya play the lead roles marking their second film together after Bachelor. Divya Bharathi also spoke about the rumors, saying, “Many people message me about this, and I even forward those messages to him. But he just tells me to ignore them. Sometimes, it’s frustrating”.
Directed by Kamal Prakash, Kingston is set to release on March 7th. The film features Prakash, Divya, Azhagam Perumal, Chetan, and Elango Kumaravel.
G.V. Prakash has also co-produced the film along with Zee Studios.
