Fresh Update: Allu Arjun’s Icon is very much on!

Stylish Star Allu Arjun has confirmed the project Icon a couple of years back exactly when Ala Vaikunthapuramulo is in production. Venu Sriram is the director of the project. Allu Arjun is bowled over the concept and narration and immediately given his nod. The Icon is said to be new in terms of the concept. However, the project never took off.

After Ala Vaikunthapuramulo’s release, Allu Arjun has started Sukumar’s project Pushpa. The film will start the shoot very soon. While everyone thought that Allu Arjun will take up Icon after the completion of Pushpa, then Koratala Siva’s project with Bunny is confirmed. With this update, rumors are out that Bunny has shelved Icon.

Venu Sriram has today confirmed that the project is not shelved but very much on. “I am in regular touch with Bunny regarding the project. I will take up Icon after the completion of Vakeel Saab,” revealed the director. Dil Raju is the producer for Icon.
