His wife Sangeetha has approached a family court seeking divorce and alleged that Vijay has an illegal relationship with an actress.
Soon after this news Vijay was seen at a wedding with Trisha Krishnan which created more discussion online.
Sangeetha has now filed another petition in the Chengalpattu court asking permission to continue living in their house in Neelankarai until the divorce is finalized.
She said she has no other home in Chennai. Meanwhile Vijay’s film Jana Nayagan is also facing release delays due to censor issues.
