As the spike in positive cases for COVID-19 continues to rise in the country, the central government has decided not to give permission for the reopening of the theaters. Central Home Ministry has given guidelines for Unlock 3.0 that is going to start from August 1st. In the Unlock procedure, theaters will not be reopened. From the past few days, there have been numerous speculations regarding the theaters’ reopening and theater occupancy.
It is said that the Government will give permission to reopen them with 25 percent occupancy. However, the government has decided against it. Along with the theaters, auditoriums, entertainment parks, bars, metro rail services remain to be shut. The government, on the other hand, has given permission to reopen gymnasiums, yoga classes. This will happen from August 5th. There will not be any night curfew in the country from August 1st.
