Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth’s new film under the direction of Nelson Dilipkumar was formally announced a couple of months ago. Tentatively titled Thalaivar 169, the film is expected to go on the floors from next month.
A couple of days back news came out that the makers are keen on roping in noted actress Ramya Krishna for a key role in the movie. Later, news also circulated that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has high chances to do the female lead role in the movie.
Now, the fresh buzz is that Rajinikanth has insisted director Nelson to rope in Kannada star Shivarajkumar for a prominent role in the movie. To get clarity on all the buzz regarding Thalaivar 169, we have to wait and see for a few more weeks. Sun Pictures banner will be bankrolling the film and Anirudh Ravichander is on board to score the music.
