Fresh buzz on Puri Jagannadh’s next

Star director Puri Jagannadh is currently busy working on his upcoming pan-India project, Liger. The film has Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role and is aiming for an August 25th release.

Meanwhile, for the past few weeks news has been circulating among industry circles is that Puri is keen on resuming work on his dream project, Jana Gana Mana soon. Reportedly, Puri Jagannadh, who wrote the script keeping Mahesh Babu’s image in mind a few years back is now planning to lock Vijay Deverakonda as the lead actor in this patriotic drama.

According to the fresh buzz, Puri Jagannadh is planning to rope in AR Rahman as the music composer for Jana Gana Mana. An official announcement regarding the project will be out in the next few months, say sources.
