Varanasi is one of the most ambitious films in production and marks the first collaboration between Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu. Priyanka Chopra plays the female lead while Prithviraj has a key role.
After the release of its glimpse and the film has created fresh buzz online. Reports say poster hoardings linked to the film have appeared in Varanasi, mentioning a possible release date of April 7, 2027.
Interestingly the hoardings do not show the film’s title, director or production house, leading to huge speculation.
The film is said to blend mythology and time travel and is described as Jakkanna’s most ambitious project after RRR.
Shooting is currently happening in Hyderabad with Priyanka joining the schedule recently. The team aim to complete the shooting by the end of this year without fail.
