Recently, the makers of Akhil Akkineni’s upcoming film, Agent, under the direction of Surender Reddy made an official announcement that the film will be hitting the screens on April 28, 2023. An action-packed glimpse is also released by the team along with the announcement.
Akhil’s bloody avatar sparks intrigue and left fans bowled over by the swag and makeover of the Akkineni hero. Akhil will be seen as a RAW agent in this stylish spy drama. For the film, the team shot some lavish action sequences in several foreign countries in widely known.
Meanwhile, the latest talk among industry circles is that a Rs 3 crore worth of action sequence that was already shot for the film is completely scrapped. Reportedly, director Surender Reddy is not happy with the output for the particular sequence and decided to scrap it completely.
Reports also suggest that the team will be flying to reshoot the action block at some never seen and exotic locations in Arabia. If the news is to be believed, looks like the team has decided to spend money like water to give a quality output.
