For the first time, Ram to be seen in this role?

Fresh after the success of RED, hero Ram announced his next project under the direction of Tamil director Lingusamy a few months ago. Seetimaarr fame Srinivasa Chitturi will be bankrolling the film and is gearing up to go on the floors soon.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz circulating among media circles is that the film is going to an intense action flick and Ram will be playing a cop role in it. If the news eventually turns into reality, in his fifteen-year film career, Ram never did a cop role and will be essaying the same for the first time. Incidentally, It will be interesting to watch how director Lingusamy will be presenting Ram in the role.

Uppena game Kriti Shetty is roped for the female lead role in this as-yet-untitled Telugu-Tamil bilingual project. Happening music composer Devi Sri Prasad will be scoring tunes for the movie.
