All of Masaba’s LoveChild products are vegan, cruelty-free, and PETA approved.
On Wednesday, Masaba Gupta, a famous fashion designer and actress, launched her beauty line LoveChild in collaboration with the lifestyle fashion e-commerce site Myntra.
The brand has expanded into the face makeup category with two of its products, the creme blushes of “Band Baaja Blush,” which come in six different tones, and the highlighter products of “Highlighted Nakhre,” in addition to its current line of goods like lipsticks, eye makeup, skincare, fragrances, and wellness.
For the wedding season, the product line promises flushed cheeks and a sculpted cheekbone thanks to its nourishing oils and skin-loving ingredients.
Both Highlighted Nakhre and Band Baaja Blush were created with consideration for all Indian skin tones, and each formulation and hue was specifically created for each mood and situation.
Commenting on the association and new launches, Masaba Gupta, Founder of LoveChild, said: “These two new launches are my current favourite beauty products – nothing like a good highlighter and some blush. Each shade has been curated to suit everyone from a light skinned girl to the brown kudi (girl).”
Highlighted Nakhre was originally going to be called “100 Watt Glow,” but Masaba decided against it since she wanted her brand to be known first and foremost in India.
She further mentioned: “With immense love from across the country, this time around we have partnered with Myntra to drive discoverability for the brand across the country and to emerge as a powerful player in the beauty segment. I am thrilled to kick off this association and what better way to enter the face makeup category with band, bajaa and a 100 watt glow.
The beauty and personal care category has always been a stronghold for Myntra, which has more than 1400 brands and more than 75,000 products. With the most recent association, the brand hopes to upscale its selection and market value.
Sharon Pais, Chief Business Officer of Myntra, commented on the addition of Lovechild’s new line to the website: “We are pleased to be Lovechild’s destination of choice as they enter into the face makeup sector with the launch of their excellent highlighter palettes and creme blushes. The products that are destined to resonate with our burgeoning community of beauty aficionados seeking high-quality, ethical, and fashionable make-up and wellness options at affordable price points genuinely embody Masaba Gupta’s signature style.
The highlighter “Highlighted Nakhre” is offered in two intriguing palettes: “Sitara,” which is made especially for dark skin tones, and “Chandni,” which is made for fair to medium complexions. The cost of each of these palettes is Rs 1,800.
Band Baaja Blush is sold for Rs 750 per shade and comes in 6 shades: Bubblegum Baraat, Shocking Sharbat, Lal Lal Land, Cinnamon Choli, Brown Kudi, and Peach Puchka.
All LoveChild products are available online at lovechild.in, Myntra Beauty, and House of Masaba locations throughout India. They are all vegan, PETA-certified, and cruelty-free.
