Nithiin after Rang De – written and directed by Venky Atluri, wanted to finish Andhadhun remake in fixed number of days and budget, with Merlapaka Gandhi as director. The script work for Telugu version is almost over.
The producer of the film is Nithiin’s sister and the target behind the remake is to make a film that showcases acting talents of Nithiin as he got a break after A…Aa, with flops and injuries. His Bheeshma proved that his market has consolidated and the producers don’t want to spend too much on the remake to incur losses with change in distribution and exhibition model of films, forced by the pandemic.
