Jagapati Babu had seen a steady increase in fans ever since he started playing the baddie after taking a leap of faith. Since then, the actor has starred in scores of films with shades of grey, and he has aced it getting really good reviews on most occasions. And now, he is all set to be the anti-hero in a movie starring Tamil superstar Vijay.
A source said, “Jagapati Babu will be playing the main villain. He tool some time to say yes to the project but gave in finally. The makers are also in talks to give him a new, edgy and cool look for his next film. He is all set to play ruthless villain, whom people will just love to hate.”
The film goes on the floors in May. The film will be directed by Bharathan, and will also star Keerthy Suresh as the leading lady. Santhosh Narayanan will be composing the tunes.
