Finally, Nagarjuna opens up about Bangarraju

The sequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana has been in talks for ages. Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana which was released in 2016 was a huge money-spinner. Nagarjuna played a dual role in the movie and Bangarraju is one of the two. This character is highly entertaining and the audience felt that Bangarraju should have a spin-off.

Nagarjuna too has announced that they are going to do the project for sure. However, five years passed by and there is no news around the film. However, Nagarjuna has recently reacted about the project.

He said that he was interacting with director Kalyan Krishna through Zoom calls and the project will materialize once the second wave of COVID subsides.

Nagarjuna was last seen in the movie Wild Dog that was directed by Ashishor Solomon. The movie is currently streaming on Netflix.
