Faria To Step Behind The Camera Soon

The trend of actors becoming directors is growing quickly in the film industry and now actresses are also stepping into direction.

After stars like Vishwak Sen turning directors and actors like Adivi Sesh and Naveen Polishetty contributing as writers, actress Faria Abdullah is also preparing for her directorial debut.

While promoting her film Gaaya Padda Simham she revealed that she plans to direct a film next year.

She said she is currently writing a few scripts but has not shared details about the genre yet. With a background in mass communication, Faria is interested in storytelling beyond acting.

At the same time, she is busy with upcoming films like Bhagavanthudu, Sigma directed by Jason Sanjay and another new project with actor Satyadev.
