Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment is teaming up with writer and producer Kanika Dhillon for a new thriller.
Kanika has written the script and will co-produce the film under her Kathha Pictures banner in an amazing way.
The film is expected to explore morality, ethics and social issues through two strong and complex characters.
Farhan and Kanika have been developing this project for the past few months and are currently discussing the lead cast without fail. The director is yet to be finalized while shooting is expected to begin by the end of this year or early 2027 for sure.
Kanika is known for many films in the past. Excel Entertainment also has few projects with Aamir Khan, Sunny Deol, Mirzapur and an R.D. Burman biopic.
