Fahadh Faasil collaborates with his father after 18 years; Deets inside

Not many are aware that Malayalam star actor Fahadh Faasil is the son of veteran filmmaker Faazil. Almost two decades back in 2022, Faazil launched Fahadh as an actor with Kaiyethum Doorath movie.

Now, after eighteen years gap, Fahadh Faasil is joining forces with his father Faazil for a film titled, Malayankunju. As per the reports, the film has wrapped up more than fifty percent of its shooting and is temporarily halted due to the Covid outbreak. The film’s shooting is expected to resume in the next couple of months and aiming for a theatrical release later this year. Being directed by Sajimon Prabhakar, the film has Rajisha Vijayan in the key role.

Apart from Malayalam films, Fahadh Faasil is making his Tollywood debut with Allu Arjun-Sukumar’s upcoming pan-Indian movie, Pushpa.
