Stylish star Allu Arjun is currently busy with director Sukumar’s Pushpa, for which the duo are pairing up after Arya and Arya 2. Given their history, there have been a lot of expectations on Pushpa since the day it was announced. Pushpa is being made in two parts, due to the huge scope of the film, where the first part of the film, Pushpa: The Rise, is all set to release on December 17th this year, while the second part is scheduled to release next year.
On the other hand, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva, is also eyeing a December release. Sources have revealed that the team of Acharya is considering December 24th as its release date. Given that both the films are quite huge, the makers of both the films are said to have sat together to make sure that there’s no clash, even if it’s a week’s clash, which would greatly impact the revenues of the films.
In spite of many requests, it is being said that the makers of Pushpa have strongly said no to postponing their release, as the film is being made on a massive scale, on a pan-Indian budget. It should not be seen when the makers of Acharya will decide to release the film.
