Senior Telugu director Gunasekhar faced a major setback with his mythological film Shaakuntalam starring Samantha. After making two big-budget films he is now returning with a youthful entertainer titled Euphoria.
The film features Bhumika Chawla, Sara Arjun, Gautam Menon, Nassar, Rohith, Vignesh Gavireddy, Likhitha Yalamanchali, Addala Prudhviraj, Kalpa Latha and others in key roles. The makers released the theatrical trailer today at a special event.
Euphoria tells the story of a teenage girl who dreams of becoming a civil servant. Her life changes completely when she falls into drug addiction and loses her way.
The trailer also shows Bhumika Chawla as a depressed mother dealing with her son’s drug problem. The film highlights serious social issues like drug abuse, crimes against women and rising crime everywhere.
The trailer looks impactful and shows Gunasekhar’s strong comeback. The film is scheduled to release on February 6th 2026.
