Esha Gupta has safely returned to India after being stuck in the United Arab Emirates during rising tensions between the US and Iran.
She shared an update thanking the airline staff with UAE government and hotel team for helping her during the difficult time.
Esha said the trouble started when she was at the airport on Sunday afternoon. Around 1 pm the airport suddenly closed and there was confusion everywhere.
Later news spread about missile attacks and people were scared as they did not know what would happen next. Strangers comforted each other and called their families.
She was at Abu Dhabi airport when operations stopped. Since she had not checked in, she returned to her hotel. Esha praised the UAE authorities for staying calm and handling the situation well.
