Teja Sajja’s upcoming film Mirai has been making noise for months, and the trailer released today lives up to the excitement.
It begins with mystical visuals that hint at a looming danger. Ritika Nayak, introduced in Benaras, asks Teja Sajja’s character to help her fight an evil force, but he refuses, saying he is not the hero she thinks he is.
Soon after Manchu Manoj appears in a fierce villain role, while Shriya Saran plays an emotional mother. Eventually, Teja Sajja takes up the challenge of wielding the Mirai, a powerful sword from the Treta Yugam, to stop the enemy from capturing sacred texts.
The trailer shows Mirai as a socio-fantasy filled with mythology, devotion, and action. The visuals and VFX look grand, making it a big-screen spectacle.
The trailer ends with Lord Shree Ram’s image and a devotional song by Gowra Hari. Directed by Karthik Gattamaneni, produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, Mirai releases on September 12 as a pan-India film.
