A new mystery is coming this winter. Maya Ko Maya, a psychological thriller set in Nepal, stars Vinay Pathak, Anna Sharma, Saloni Batra, and Satyajeet Dubey.
The movie has finished shooting and is expected to release worldwide in winter 2025. Directed by Rohit Karan Baidya, it’s based on real events and tells the emotional story of Maya, a woman trying to break free from social pressure through therapy.
The film is produced by Jyadro Movies and Platoon One Films, known for award-winning indie films. The story explores themes like identity, tradition, and the fight to be true to oneself.
The actors shared how powerful and emotional the experience was. Vinay Pathak said Nepal feels like a character in the film, while Anna Sharma called it a story full of deep emotions.
Director Rohit said the film gives a voice to people often ignored by society. It’s not just a thriller, but a story with heart and truth.
