EMK a precursor for RRR?

The Evaru Meelo Koteeswarudu show, which is being hosted by NTR, and is being telecast on Gemini TV, has been one of the most anticipated shows in Telugu for quite some time now, as it marks NTR’s second stint as a host on the small screen, after debuting as a host with the first season of Bigg Boss Telugu. EMK was supposed to have started long ago but got postponed due to the second wave of coronavirus.

While the TRP ratings for the first episode have created a new record, the ratings of the consecutive episodes seem to be worrisome. It is being said that the TRP ratings of EMK aren’t as spectacular as everyone hoped they would be and that they are falling below the average mark. It is also being said that this could be a precursor and an indication towards the general census of the audiences towards the release of RRR.

RRR remains to be one of the most anticipated films in the country right now, and there’s a lot of speculation on the release date of the film. However, the film’s release got postponed several times, and the shooting of the film got pushed several times due to the coronavirus pandemic. As a result, the buzz and intrigue surrounding the film are said to have reduced. It is now to be seen if this turns out to be true, or if the film will create wonders upon its release.
