Ekkadikipothavu Chinnavada first weekend collections!

Owing to the current situation and financial crisis situation many producers are in fear whether they can recover their amounts and Ekkadikipothavu Chinnavada proved you can and it is on its way to break even within a week of its release. The movie proved again content is the key, not the hero and image. Nikhil concentrating on content oriented films, created a market for himself with good films and the audience queues at the theatres proved this fact.

The movie directed by Tiger director, Vi Anand, promised an unique experience at theatre with its promotional material and it quite successfully delivered on the promise without any doubt. The collections increased in many areas from the first day and all important Monday, opened to promising figures as well. The movie’s talk has been positive and is continuing to be more and more solid with each day. Hebah Patel and Nanditha Swetha are being appreciated, especially the later for their portrayals. The movie collected a share of 4.10 crores in AP/TS and with Overseas shares coming in the total has gone upto 6 crores. The movie is set to achieve break even status by the end of the first week and with possible hold on theatres till Dhruva release, the movie might end up being top grosser for Nikhil.
