The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued summons to Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela in a money laundering case linked to online betting platforms.
She is the latest Bollywood celebrity to be called in for questioning as part of this investigation.
Earlier the ED had already questioned several Tollywood stars, including Prakash Raj, Vijay Devarakonda, Rana Daggubati, Manchu Lakshmi and others in connection with similar cases.
Urvashi who lives in Mumbai has been asked to appear before the ED on September 16th.
Though mainly active in Bollywood Urvashi has also gained a strong fan base in Telugu cinema. She has acted in and performed special songs in films such as Daaku Maharaaj, Waltair Veerayya, Skanda and Agent.
