Prabhas fans were very worried on Monday after news came out about a powerful earthquake in Japan. It measured 7.6 on the Richter scale and struck the northern coast leading to tsunami warnings in regions like Hokkaido and Aomori.
Since Prabhas is currently in Japan for Baahubali: The Epic promotions many immediately began questioning online whether he was safe. The film is set to release there on December 12th.
Over the last few days he has been very much busy attending promotional events and meeting his fans. Because of this the earthquake news caused confusion and fear among his followers.
Director Maruthi quickly responded to calm everyone. He said he had spoken directly with Darling and confirmed that the actor is safe.
He also clarified that Prabhas is not in Tokyo at the moment.
