Daisy Shah recently responded to a social media user who criticised her for helping cook food for Iftaari on the street.
The user questioned why she protested against firecrackers during an election campaign but happily participated in an Iftaar activity.
Daisy reacted very strongly and said that bursting crackers and cooking food are different things. She also criticised the user for spreading hate in the name of religion.
Earlier she shared a video bite complaining about campaigners bursting firecrackers during an election rally near her home. According to her the crackers caused a fire in a nearby apartment building.
She also said around 200 people had gathered there and were bursting rockets on the street. She urged people to act more responsibly.
