Today is Chiranjeevi’s birthday and fans in the Telugu states are celebrating. Theaters are busy with the re release of his movies “Indra” and “Shankar Dada MBBS” and many believe these films will break collection records.
Chiranjeevi impressive achievements are also being talked about. He was the first Indian actor to earn one crore rupees for a film back in 1992.
He introduced break dance to Tollywood with the movie “pasivadi pranam” and impressed audiences with his dance skills.
Chiranjeevi has won seven Filmfare Awards and has been successful in films where he played dual or triple roles.
He has also received the Padma Vibhushan and Padma Bhushan awards for his talent and won three Nandi Awards for Best Actor.
Chiranjeevi is known for supporting new heroes and attending their events seeing himself in them. His movie “Indra” earned 30 crore rupees and he released 14 films in 1980 and 1983. His movie also dubbed in Russia.
