Distributors Now Wary of Mega Films Being Mega Flops
It is sad but true that, movie business-wise the market of the Mega Heroes have been on a downward slope — Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh was a dud, Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee couldn’t do much either. Varun Tej’s Loafer has also been embroiled in all sorts o controversies recently. SGS is said to have incurred losses of around Rs 45-50 Crore as the film made some huge bucks before the release. So these recent happenings have been giving sleepless nights to all the distributors.
Eminent like Dil Raju, Suresh Babu, Allu Aravind can still recover some losses but the small ones are just staying away considering how much they tend to lose.
