Directors sticking to the same producers camp

Directors usually keep working with various producers throughout their career, depending upon the budget requirement of the film, and their commitments to certain producers and production houses.

Some directors though, make their debut with a certain production house, and remain loyal to that production house, making continuous movies with them itself. One such example is Venu Sriram, who made his debut with Dil Raju’s production house, with the film Oh My Fried. Post that, he made MCA with Nani, and recently delivered a blockbuster success in the form of Vakeel Saab, with Power star Pawan Kalyan.

It was earlier reported that Venu was planning to move away from Dil Raju’s camp, and make movies in other production houses, which are said to have offered him good opportunities. However, this doesn’t seem to have worked out for the director, who is now back to working for Dil Raju. Venu Sriram’s upcoming film, Icon, with Allu Arjun, is being produced by Dil Raju. This film is expected to begin after Allu Arjun wraps up Pushpa 1, and is expected to wrap up before the shooting of Pushpa 2 begins. It is now to be seen what other films Venu Sriram will do for Dil Raju.
