Director Maruthi Dasari became a brand name with his films like Ee Rojullo, Busstop, Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy becoming huge successes. He turned into a producer to become a director and then continued to produce films with young directors. His production has become a launching pad for many young directors. But most of them couldn’t continue delivering successful films. The director has decided to stop production and concentrate on direction, only.
After Prathi Roju Pandage, he has decided to wait for a star hero to direct his next. Till date, he couldn’t find any as all are busy with multiple projects. So, he decided to turn into a producer for time being.He might come up with OTT platform based content and introduce few young directors. But there’s no full clarity on the matter right now.
