Director Krish ropes in Rakul Preet for a web-series

It is known news that director Krish has inked a deal with Allu Aravind’s OTT platform Aha. He has already conceptualized a web series Mastis for Aha. Now, he is penning a script for another web series. Apart from web series, he will also be producing this web series on his First Frame Entertainments.

It is said that the project is a women-centric one and Krish is in talks with Rakul Preet Singh to play the lead role in it. The talks are said to be in advanced stages and a decision will be made regarding this in a very short time. This web series will release next year. Rakul Preet is playing the female lead in Nithiin’s Check which is being directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti.

On the other hand, Krish has a project with Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Tentatively titled Virupaksha, this project will take a couple of months to take off as Pawan needs to complete Vakeel Saab first.
