Dil Raju has always been known for producing clean and family friendly films. His banner Sree Venkateswara Creations which delivered many big hits with top stars and mostly stayed away from heavy violence and action. Over the years the production house earned a strong name among family audiences.
However Dil Raju has been facing a tough phase recently. Except for this year Sankranthiki Vasthunam, most of his recent films did not perform well at the box office. This seems to have pushed him to rethink his approach.
His upcoming film Rowdy Janardhana, starring Vijay, clearly shows this change. The title glimpse released yesterday featured intense action and violence which is very different from his usual style.
Dil Raju explained that he wants to move with changing audience tastes, as many recent blockbusters are action driven. He said that if he does not adapt, audiences may lose interest in him and his banner.
In 2026, Sree Venkateswara Creations plans to release several projects apart from Rowdy Janardhana. The banner is also preparing to expand further into Bollywood.
