Dil Raju debut as an actor?!

Shatamanam Bhavati, the dark horse for this Sankranthi has been impressing one and all with its festive season feel and pitch perfect tone in promotions. The movie makers are doing one after the other positive promotions by not talking about the big films and even on distribution front they are happy with the screens they can get. People and movie goers have been drawing many parallels about the film with earlier family orient movies like Seethamma Vaakitlo Srimalle Chettu, Govindudu Andarivadele and A..Aa. The makers are not trying anything special to counter such promotions rather they are happy with all the feedback and want to showcase their effort to as many people as possible.

The songs released recently have grabbed the attention of target audience with several listing out their favorites. It is amazing how the team is able to hold interest of audience even though all the eyes are the two big prestigious movies coming out one day apart. Shatamanam Bhavati boosts of an ensemble cast with Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Naresh, Indraja, Raja Ravindra, Sharwanand and Anupama Parameshwaran. Along with these people in a small cameo Dil Raju is making his debut as an actor. Earlier he did show up in several films like Supreme but he was part of crew and as Dil Raju.

But the trailer hinted at him lifting a palanquin and it is heard that he would be seen on screen at least few minutes. Several also say that it could just be a blink and a miss cameo. But the strong word is that he will be seen as a character in this movie. Satish Vegnesa, the writer director, in the last minute asked him to do the role it seems and the famous producer obliged his request. Well, Dil Raju always announced this movie to be his special film and the team also completed CBFC certification process 20 days before the release. It is to be seen how people will receive this effort of the Dongala Bandi director.
