Digital giant Netflix announces 17 Indian series, Direct to OTTs, originals

Digital giant Netflix is back in the game. A few weeks back, it is Disney+ Hotstar who announced close to 7 movies that are going to be streamed in their OTT platform for the next three months. Now, Netflix has made a massive announcement. They have revealed that 17 Indian movies, series and originals will be released through them.

With the theater system out of question probably for this year, many movies are setting up deals with the digital streaming apps. Here is the list of the web series, Direct to OTTs, Netflix originals they are going to release starting from August. Janhvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena will be the first movie to stream on Netflix. It releases on August 15th.
