On August 15, Sushmita Sen’s much anticipated online series Taali, in which she portrays transgender campaigner Shreegauri Sawant, will premiere. Renee, her daughter, provided a voiceover for the programme.

Sushmita Sen, an actress, is getting ready for the debut of her new web series Taali. She will be portrayed as the transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant in a completely different guise. Recently, the series’ trailer was published, and Sushmita won plaudits for her audacious and tenacious performance. The actress has recently disclosed that her daughter Renee Sen, a budding performer, voiced the Mahamritunjaya mantra in the programme.

On August 9, Wednesday, Sushmita Sen disclosed on Instagram that her daughter Renee had said the Mahamritunjaya mantra in her upcoming musical Taali. She posted a stunning black-and-white image of Renee with the mantra playing in the background. She also sent a beautiful comment praising her voice and abilities. Life comes full circle, the Main Hoon Na actress stated in the caption. My young daughter @reneesen47 uses her beautiful voice to chant this potent mantra, #mahamrityunjaya. In the Taali trailer, my face and her voice can be heard together. Of course, every time I hear it, I get goosebumps!
