The actor and main actress Bhagyashree went on to become a national success, and the pair continues to be adored for their enchanting on-screen chemistry.
In an interview, Parvien Dastur, who played Seema in Maine Pyar Kiya, disclosed the amount of money Bhagyashree paid for the movie. I was given Rs 25,000, and Bhagyashree was the highest paid at the time, the woman claimed. All of us said, “Wow,” when she received Rs. 150,000. Having said that, the Rajshri production company never paid actors much, but our checks always arrived at our home. Never once did we have to ask for money. They wouldn’t ever steal your money from you.
Salman Khan has acknowledged receiving $25,000 as his remuneration for the movie Maine Pyar Kiya. The actor received roughly five times less money than Bhagyashree.
Salman Khan’s claimed compensation today, however, is significantly higher than 100 crores, and he even gets a portion of the profits. What an increase!
