Did Kartik Aaryan Quit Anurag Basu’s Aashiqui 3?

According to a recent report, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has left Aashiqui 3 and is no longer filming for the movie.

With Pyaar Ka Punchanama, Kartik Aaryan made his Bollywood debut and has since grown to be one of the most sought-after actors in the business. Aashiqui 3 is one of the many movies he has scheduled. Once it was revealed, the movie has been making headlines.

Anurag Basu and Kartik will work together for the first time on a Bhushan Kumar-produced movie. Aashiqui franchise followers are impatiently awaiting news. In the middle of this, a recent report stated that Kartik is no longer acting in the movie.

Kartik Aaryan’s fans were disappointed to hear the rumours, but a recent report has debunked them. According to a source quoted by the publication, “The pre-production work on ‘Aashiqui 3’ has begun. It’s a massive brand, a massive franchise. So, there is bound to be a good amount of time spent on it before it goes on floors. But why would Kartik leave it? He has not only confirmed the project with the makers but even spoken about it in public domain.”

Earlier, the actor shared the poster of Aashiqui 3 and said, “Ab Tere Bin Ji Lenge Hum/ Zeher Zindagi Ka Pi Pi Pi Lenge Hum #Aashiqui3. This one is going to be heart-wrenching!! My First with Basu Da (Anurag Basu).”

For those who are unaware, the “Aashiqui” franchise launched in 1990 with Anu Aggarwal and Rahul Roy as the lead actors. Mahesh Bhatt directed the movie, and T-Series provided the funding. T-Series and Vishesh Films worked together as its distributors.

Then Mohit Suri was hired to helm “Aashiqui 2,” a movie with Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor. “Aashiqui 2” was produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar.
